concerning Contracts

For weekly reservations, a deposit of 30% is required as a guarantee (non refundable if not cancelled 24hrs beforehand).The balance is payable on arrival. Rent is payable in advance on a weekly basis.
For nightly reservations a credit card will guarantee the room If No-Show full payment for the night will be payable unless cancelled 24 hours beforehand.

Cleaning supplement on departure if room is left unclean: 35€

Washing dishes is not included in the weekly clean!
